AI Smart Feed is a Shopify application that helps merchants export product catalogs to marketing channels such as Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect:

Shopify Merchants

When you install and use AI Smart Feed, we collect:

  • Aggregated product performance metrics

  • Payment card information
  • Individual customer payment details

Shopify handles all billing securely through Shopify Managed Pricing.

  • Generate XML and CSV product feeds
  • Synchronize product information
  • Enforce subscription plan limits

5. Public Feed URLs

Generated product feeds may be published using:

  • App-hosted URLs
  • Shopify App Proxy
  • Railway (when enabled)

These feeds contain only product catalog information selected by the merchant.

Customer personal information is never included.

6. AI Features

When AI optimization features are enabled, we may securely send the following information to our AI provider:

  • Product titles
  • Product descriptions
  • Product image URLs
  • Inventory totals
  • Sales summaries
  • Feed configuration

We never send:

  • Customer names
  • Customer emails
  • Customer addresses
  • Individual order details

AI features can be disabled at any time from the application’s Global Settings.

7. Metafield Synchronization (Enterprise)

When enabled, approved AI-generated product content may be written back to your Shopify store using Shopify Metafields.

Only content approved by the merchant is updated.

8. Cookies

Our website may use cookies to:

  • Improve website functionality
  • Remember preferences
  • Analyze website traffic
  • Support embedded third-party services

You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

9. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers including:

10. Data Retention

App Data

Shop data including feeds, settings, sessions, and related records are removed after:

  • App uninstallation
  • Shopify Shop Redact webhook
  • Merchant deletion requests where applicable

Feed Files

If AWS S3 hosting is enabled, feed files are deleted when the merchant deletes the associated feed.

Website Data

Contact form submissions and server logs are retained only as long as necessary for support, legal compliance, and service improvement.

11. Shopify Compliance

AI Smart Feed supports Shopify’s required privacy webhooks:

  • customers/data_request
  • customers/redact
  • shop/redact

Since customer personal information is not stored, customer privacy requests generally require no additional processing.

Shop-related data is deleted when required by Shopify.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
